Delivery & Returns Policy


UK FREE DELIVERY**

All alloy wheel deliveries in the UK are FREE. Deliveries are made by Parcelforce* who are our chosen shipping service. Once the order has been ccollected by the courier service we will forward a tracking number for the shipment which you can enter in to the Parcelforce web site to track your parcel to your chosen point of delivery.

To track the progress of your alloy wheels / order please enter the tracking number we provide to you in the 'track packages' box within the Parcelforce web site.

Please note: Payment Authorisation can take up to 24hrs from the time you place your order, all payments must be authorised by the card issuing bank before your order will be dispatched for delivery.

UK Customers

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is normally the next working day, Delivery times can vary any time between 8am and 6:00pm.
We can offer a promised delivery time service e.g. before 9:00am, 10am or before noon etc at an additional cost. Please contact us at the point of purchase to arrange.

We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. Smartwheels does not except liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

European Customers

We will advise you on delivery. As a European Customer you will have to pay additional carriage price to deliver outside of the UK into Europe. Please call us to arrange delivery, we cannot send out to you until you arrange this with us. If we do not hear from you within 3 days from date of payment then we will contact you to confirm the sipping address and additional shipping charge. 

 

Taking Delivery

Please use the tracking number to check the progress of your delivery. You are also welcome to contact us to confirm the day on which your order will be delivered. This will ensure that you are not waiting for a delivery which is not scheduled for that particular day.

Please check the condition of the goods before signing for them as received. We inspect all goods before they are packed to ensure that they are in perfect condition.  Once you sign for the goods no claims for damages can be made.

 

Arranging For Goods To Be Returned

If you a dissatisfied with your purchase and feel you would like to return your goods please contact us first to see if we can easily resolve the issue. Following this if it is necessery to return your goods our sales team who will issues you a returns number. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns without a returns number. If the fault has been caused be a manufacturer then please take pictures and forward these to us at returns@smartwheels.biz

As customers of Smartwheels we provide a 100% money back guarantee. You have 7 working days from the time of signing for receiving the goods to return the product to us. After 7 days our policy for returning goods involves a handling fee ,to put the goods back into our stock.

Package the Goods Well For Return

Once you have been issued with a returns number it is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are packaged in such a way that they will not be damaged in transit. Please ensure you package the goods well. We cannot accept them if the damage is different to that of the images you send us.
