Placing an Order

• How do I place an order online?

1. Select the item you have chosen to purchase by clicking on Details

2. Enter the quantity number in the quantity box. NOTE: You will need to select 4 for a complete set of wheels or tyres for your car

3. Proceed to purchase

4. You will be asked if you would like tyres to match your wheels. Please click YES for tyre options or NO to proceed to checkout

5. Enter your details in the form provided. Include details on your vehicle including Manufacturer e.g. BMW, your Model e.g. M3 and the year e.g. 2002/52. Please also provide any additional information that may affect the fitment of the wheels / aftermarket parts you are ordering e.g. Car has been lowered 40mm etc?

6. Complete the card details form and proceed to purchase

7. As soon as payment has been authorised you will receive a confirmation email to the email address supplied with details of your order

8. Details of your order will then go to our warehouse for picking. You will then receive a further email to the same address supplied with details of shipment including a tracking number. Should we be unable to forfill your order will contact you to offer you alternative(s) with the party owing the balance to settle or 100% money back.

 

• Are there any other ways of ordering?

1. You can call our order line number which you will find at the top of this page and on the front page of our web site smartwheels.biz.

You will need to have your payment details ready and in addition details of your vehicle including manufacturer, model, year and any additional information that may effect the fitment of alloy wheels such as if the car has been lowered or bigger brakes have been fitted etc.

Delivery

• How long will delivery take?

1. Delivery is FREE to UK customers . Delivery can be between 8am & 5pm however UPS often deliver before lunch time depending how far from the distribution depo you are.

2. European customers: Delivery will take between 1 to 3 days.

• Is there anything I need to do on delivery?

Yes. As per our delivery & returns policy you need to check the condition of the goods before signing them as "received in good condition" from the courier company delivering your order. Please see our delivery and returns policy.

Wheels

• Are all you wheels originals?

1. Yes. All our wheels are original manufacturer wheels. We do not sell any replica wheels.

 

• Can you locate other wheels for me that are not listed?
